Claire was a harpist for all occasions – weddings, christenings, celebrations, formal dinners, business functions, funerals, anniversaries, parties, festivals ... Sadly, she passed away on 17 February. (Memorial on 18 March)
I will keep this site live for the time being, as a tribute to her.

If you are looking to add style and magic to your wedding or special occasion, Claire Hamilton offers an array of scintillating harp music to cater for every taste. Her wide and versatile repertoire ranges from light classical to romantic music, from mediaeval melodies to pop ballads – all sound ravishing from the strings of a harp.
Claire Hamilton studied classical harp with David Watkins (Professor at the Guildhall School of Music) and has recorded several commercial albums. She enjoys being versatile in performance and owns a range of harps to suit different occasions.
Claire plays a beautifully restored spiral-column gothic concert harp, lavishly decorated with gold-leaved figures and flowers for formal functions such as weddings and dinners. She also plays an electric harp, a mediaeval wire-strung harp and a hand-carved Celtic harp for performances at festivals.
She is based in Monmouthshire but can easily travel to Gloucestershire, Herefordshire or Bristol.
